black pepper (one table spoon)

salt to taste (I recommend about 1 tsp)

Place the tomatillos and tomatoes in a pot with the water and bring them to a boil. Once boiling, drain and add them to a blender. Add the rest of ingredients in the list to the blender, and then simply blend it all to perfect this easy Mexican salsa recipe.
